Program Description:

Students enrolled in this Northcentral University program have the chance to learn techniques for implementing and assessing instructional or operational programs, which are designed to drive individual or organizational success. In addition, they have the chance to examine leadership theories and practices, including those specific to personnel relations, strategizing, and program evaluation. Participants have the opportunity to examine the importance of electronic learning methods and new technologies in global academic and business organizations. The program is also designed to closely examine organizations that have excelled globally in finding and keeping superior staff and maintaining productivity. Prior to completing the program, students who are employed will have the chance to examine how their own professional organization compares to some of the organizations that they've studied throughout the program.

This program may be completed in 60 semester credit hours. However, up to an additional 15 credit hours will be allowed to complete the dissertation research.

Financial aid is available to qualifying students. Graduate students may apply for Federal Stafford Loan or the Federal Graduate PLUS Loan. Military personnel and veterans may qualify for special assistance or tuition reduction.
