Program Description:

Southern New Hampshire University's Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation program examines estate and gift taxation, methods of federal tax research, the rules and procedures for representing clients to the Internal Revenue Service, and other special tax-specific topics. Students enrolled in the program have the opportunity to study advance topics in accounting and financial reporting, such as pensions, partnerships, consolidations, estates and trusts, SEC reporting, and financial management. Auditing and internal control practices required for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 are also covered.
