Program Description:

The Bachelor of Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resource Management curriculum is intended to teach students about marketing, economics, budgeting, and financial management. Within the concentration area, participants have the opportunity to examine methods for recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining employees. The program is designed to explore federal laws specific to labor relations and wages, and students have the chance to learn about the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service as well as the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
