Program Description:

The Bachelor of Science in Human Services Leadership degree is designed to help students develop the skills necessary to take on management and/or leadership positions for companies, social services, or organizations. The curriculum complies with the national standard for human service education designated by the Council for Standards in Human Service Education, which promotes effective service delivery from its planning stages to its governance stages. Students will have the opportunity to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of social and human service programs at the individual, group, organization, and community levels. They could also learn how to conduct research-based projects and develop proposals that adhere to public policy standards within the industry.
