CDI College's Health Care Aide program is designed to prepare students to provide basic health care services, including physical and emotional support, to patients with medical conditions or functional limitations. Courses help students learn to identify the needs and provide assistance to elderly, disabled, and acute or chronically ill people. Students can learn about medical terminology, health communication and human anatomy, as well as chronic conditions, home support, and end-of-life care.
