Program Description:

Northcentral University's Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) program is designed to help students grow their existing accounting and auditing knowledge and skills while also helping them to prepare for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam. Courses include topics in foundational accounting principles as well as financial and managerial accounting, budget control, cost accounting, and auditing. Students can learn how to manage accounting operations for both domestic and international organizations and explore reporting procedures and professional standards and ethics. The program is aligned with the goals of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and ends with a capstone course.
