Program Description:

The courses offered in Northcentral University's PhD in Technology and Innovation Management program are designed to help students learn how to communicate with diverse audiences, formulate technology management strategies, and contribute to the field of technology and innovation management. The engineering management specialization is designed to prepare students to lead engineering and technology departments or initiatives through courses that cover engineering laws and ethics, IT project management strategies, and Total Quality Management principles. Additional courses cover advanced statistics and quantitative methods for engineering research, industry trends and tools for data management and warehousing, and advanced technology systems design. All PhD students must write and defend a dissertation on an original research topic at the end of this program.
