When evaluating prospective students for this doctoral program, Regent University looks for exceptional writing skills and a history of leadership experience. Applicants to this program must have a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution. Applicants to Regent University should have a high school diploma or the equivalent; some programs may have additional admissions requirements.
Regent University developed this Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree program to give students a chance to cultivate their leadership potential. Students will have the opportunity to study communication, team-building, organizational structure, and cultural ethics. The curriculum delves into a variety of subjects, from human resource development and global leadership to venture development and consulting principles. All of the coursework is taught from the perspective of the Christian faith. Students can choose from 10 different concentrations including Ecclesial Leadership, Global Consulting, Human Resource Development, Leadership Coaching, and Strategic Foresight.
Online (with two 4-day residencies)

This terminal professional degree includes 60 credit hours, all of which focus on advanced principles of leadership, organizational design, and related topics.
