Regent University indicates that prospective students with superb writing skills and some degree of experience as leaders are considered highly desirable for the DSL - Leadership Coaching program. All applicants to Regent University's doctoral program should have a master's degree from a regionally accredited institution; some programs may have other requirements.
Regent University's Doctor of Strategic Leadership - Leadership Coaching program is designed to produce leaders who can develop other leaders. Students in this program are given the chance to learn organizational structure, advanced concepts in communication, and techniques for building teams.
