Regent University's Educational Leadership program was designed to create leaders who can make a difference in students' lives. Students in this program will have the chance to cultivate leadership skills, develop a curriculum that focuses on moral character, and evaluate current programs to implement new strategies. The Character Education concentration includes coursework in strategic planning, best practices in professional development, and theories of character. All of these topics are presented through the lens of a Christian worldview.
