Applicants to this Ph.D. program should have strong writing skills and real-world experience as leaders. All applicants will also need to have a master's degree from an accredited institution. Applicants to Regent University should have a high school diploma or the equivalent; some programs may have additional admissions requirements.
Through the Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership, Regent University intends to produce graduates who can lead, influence, and revitalize organizations like businesses, churches, and nonprofits. To do that, Regent designed the program to touch on topics like organizational cultures, leadership dynamics, and business strategies. Courses explore ethical resource development, organizational behavior, and a range of research methods. Students can choose from five concentrations: Ecclesial Leadership, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Human Resource Development, Individualized Studies, and Organizational Leadership.
Online (with two 4-day residencies)
