Southern New Hampshire University's online Master of Business Administration - Six Sigma Quality program offers students the opportunity to learn how to be business leaders who effectively use Six Sigma applications, make decisions by analyzing data with technology, and lead teams with proven tools like the 'define-measure-analyze-improve-control' approach. The program is also designed to teach students how to utilize legal and ethical best business practices and effectively communicate goals in a global environment. A concentration in Six Sigma provides students with the chance to learn how to use Minitab and SPSS software as well study ways to identify and resolve business inefficiencies or process deviations in order to gain quality assurance.
