Brigham Young University - Provo Campus

The Romney Institute of Public Service and Ethics at Brigham Young University's Marriott School offers a graduate degree in public administration for students who are focused on public service. The program combines theoretical classes with hands-on internships. Students who earn their graduate degrees can go on to serve in the public, private and nonprofit sectors as mid-level professionals.

Master of Public Administration

Master of Public Administration

Students who don't have any experience in public administration can take part in an internship so that they can gain professional experience. All students are required to complete a final paper that includes original research and analysis of policy and public administration. Options include the evening Master of Public Administration program and the Executive Master of Public Administration program. The evening program is designed for students who are working professionals, while the executive program is for students who have at least five years of work experience in public or nonprofit management.
