Tidewater Community College
Established in 1968, Tidewater Community College has grown to enroll the second largest student body of any school in Virginia. The school encompasses four campus locations in the South Hampton Roads region. The real estate program is offered through the Regional Workforce Development Center in Suffolk, but the program can be taken online.
Principles of Real Estate Program
Offered completely online, the Principles of Real Estate Program consists of one 60-hour course designed to prepare students for the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson examination. Course topics will include property law, brokerage, title records, appraisals and property management, as well as environmental issues, financing and fair housing ethics. The online course lasts for six weeks.
