Richard Stockton College of New Jersey
A 4-year, liberal arts school in Galloway, Richard Stockton College of New Jersey was ranked No. 53 among northern universities in 2016 by U.S. News and World Report. Students in its teacher certification program can train to become instructors at both the elementary and secondary levels. Admission requires a bachelor's degree in a content area. Certification is achieved by successfully passing Praxis exams in addition to completing the coursework and experiences required of scholastic programs.
