Associate of Applied Science in Computer Networking

This career degree program prepares students for jobs working with network support and security. The curriculum covers hardware and software, local-area networks, wide-area networks, Internet and intranet systems, database theory, security and programming.

Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Food Service

Northern Essex Community College's Career Training Programs

Located in Haverhill, Massachusetts, Northern Essex Community College (NECC) is a 2-year public school offering career training programs. Non-credit programs, distance-learning opportunities and workforce development training are offered in addition to associate's degree and certificate programs.

Associate in General Studies: Art

Students learn fine and visual arts, multimedia, and photography. In addition to required courses and electives, topics include drawing, dimensions, and visual communications.

Associate in Science in Accounting

Associate in Science in Computer and Information Sciences

This degree program offers three tracks. Associate of Science in Nursing

The program incorporates clinical experience with classroom study and covers anatomy and physiology, microbiology, pharmacology, psychology and professional nursing standards.

Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology

This program prepares students for the national certification exam offered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Coursework covers patient care, radiologic science and radiologic procedures. Students also participate in a clinical practicum.

Greenfield Community College Programs

Greenfield is a community college located in western Massachusetts that offers students on-campus, online and hybrid training programs in business, education, health care, humanities, fine arts, liberal arts, science, engineering, technology, behavioral science and sustainability. Students from this school may graduate with a certificate or associate's degree.

Certificate in Management

This certificate program may be completed in two semesters or four if you are a part time student. This program is designed to prepare students for managerial careers. It covers skills like communication skills, problem solving skills, and research skills. It also helps students learn about cultural and individual perspectives, ethics and civic knowledge and engagement.

Associate of Science in Accounting

Students may complete this two-year program to earn their degree in accounting. After completing this program students should be able apply their skills to careers as clerks, junior accountants or bookkeepers.

Certificate in Digital Media

A certificate in digital media may qualify graduates for entry level jobs in the field, as well as prepare them for higher levels of training, such as a art/visual arts degree. This program will have students start their professional portfolio that they may use when applying for jobs or build upon in a degree program. This program takes about two to four semesters to complete.
