Located in the city of Greenville, East Carolina University is the fastest growing school in the University of North Carolina System. Traditionally known for strong programs in education and health, the university has a growing reputation for offering comprehensive studies in a wide range of academic disciplines.

East Carolina is a large university both in terms of its student body and campus size (about 1,000 acres). Set in Greenville, a city of 75,000, the school features impressive academic facilities and a fraternal atmosphere. Incoming students have a grade point average of 3.4 and typically score in the 905 to 1090 range on the SAT and the 17 to 22 range on the ACT.
