Healthy eating is a critical factor in good health. This bulletin board provides tips on healthy eating for students.
Materials
- Red and white checkered table cloth
- Black die-cut border
- Black die-cut letters spelling out: Eat This NOT That
- Photos of types of food, some healthy and some unhealthy
- White die-cut circles
- Die cut utensils in assorted colors
- Marker
Instructions
- Cover the board with the tablecloth.
- Post the black die-cut border around the edges of the board.
- Create a header for the board with the black die-cut letters.
- Hang the photos of the healthy foods on the left side of the board under the 'Eat This' header.
- Now post the photos of the unhealthy foods to the right side of the board under the 'NOT This' header.
- Use the marker and the die-cut circles to write the nutritional information for each of the foods displayed.
- Fill in the rest of the board with the die cut utensils.
